So I walked into the dentist this morning. My dentist asked me how my weekend was. I said “Good, I watched Captain America last night. I really liked it.” And my dentist says “Oh, my son is in that movie.” At first I thought he was joking but then I realized

Dr. Robert Evans

I looked it up

My dentist is Captain America’s dad

My doctor is JK Rowling’s husband.

JK Rowling’s husband has asked me if I am sexually active.

I’m Starlord.

Who?

Starlord, man. Legendary outlaw? Forget it.

Oh my god. Yes. Maybe at a business meeting that Tony had to go to, Pepper would have made him sleep on the couch if he didn’t and threatened to get Banner to change the lab codes, some homophobic CEO of a…

"I’m glad I had a daughter. Ever since my grandmother died, I’ve needed the female energy in my life. It’s good energy. I mean, when things go wrong, another man can tell you that everything is going to be OK. But not like a woman can."

I have to admit, I’m reblogging this one mostly because they are both so beautiful.

sometimes I get really stressed out because my body doesn’t match society’s expectations of beauty and sex appeal

and one night I was complaining about it to my sister and she said

"It’s not very punk rock to meet society’s expectations"

I think she changed my life

In case anybody wondered how they filmed the beginning scenes of Captain America with ‘skinny Steve’ this is how: Leander Deeny was the body double in some of the shots, they used his body and mixed his face and Chris’ to make Steve’s face. That’s why ‘skinny Steve’ doesn’t 100% look like Chris Evans. A lot of scenes were done in this way where both Chris and Leander would have filmed them. I just thought this was really interesting.

The full article about a special needs dog that found a great owner to care for her is at the link below.

A woman scratces the head of Pig, a dog born with severe deformities, at a park in Alabaster, Ala., on Tuesday, June 17, 2014. Found with littermates in woods near Atlanta, the 8-month-old mutt was adopted by Kim Dillenbeck of Helena, Ala. Pig runs and plays with other animals despite have a shortened spine, misshappen hips and no neck. She hops like a frog to stand up and walks with a high-shouldered gait that resembles a gorilla. Unable to swing her head side to side, Pig spins her whole body to see what’s beside her.
